DAZN scores with tennis

MGM Resorts International announced that DAZN, the world’s leading sports entertainment platform, served as the official broadcast partner for the “The MGM Rewards Slam Presented by Stella Artois.” The event will now also feature all-time great Andre Agassi taking on formal rival Mardy Fish in a mixed doubles match on Saturday, March 1 at Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

DAZN will deliver live coverage of all matches on a free-to-air basis, ensuring accessibility for viewers worldwide. Las Vegas’ own International Tennis Hall of Famer Agassi was added to the Saturday event and faced off in a mixed doubles match against former U.S. Davis Cup captain and player Mardy Fish. The match was played prior to the women’s match featuring World No. 1-ranked Aryna Sabalenka and four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka. Eight-time Grand Slam champion Agassi retired from the tour in 2006 and was 1-1 in singles matches against the former World No. 7 Fish.
