AT&T developing a 'robot dog' for multiple uses
AT&T has been working with Ghost Robotics on a cutting edge piece of technology - a robot dog that can be used by the public safety community, the military, and for commercial use. Was able to see a video of the robot dog in action and it's interesting and impressive.

Loaded with cameras and sensors, these dogs can go where it’s too dangerous for humans. They can handle all sorts of terrain, even submerge under water, and they can detect a wide range of dangers, such as radiation or explosives.

The dog is powered by FirstNet – the nation’s only communications network specifically designed for law enforcement, healthcare, and first responders – and the robot is already in use in at least 8 military bases across the country.
