Americans opinions on AI

A new survey of Americans nationwide found that 92% of Americans have used AI, and 1 in 3 now use it for work:

• Americans use AI an average of 5 times a week

• 1 in 5 don’t know how AI chatbots work

• 46% believe the world is better with AI in it

• 61% believe AI will cause layoffs in the future

While 46% don’t know how to spot AI generated content and 1 in 5 think the world is worse off with the new technology, it also has its perks: nearly 1 in 2 have asked an AI chatbot for advice.
