2. Print shipping labels & prepare your luggage
We'll provide the labels, just print and securely attach them to your bags.
Once your order is placed, your shipping labels and instructions are ready to print. Make sure labels are properly attached to avoid the risk of falling off in transit.

Print 2 copies of the shipping labels, attach one and place the other in your bag.
Follow the instructions and prepare your bags before your scheduled shipping date.

3. Attach shipping labels & ship your luggage
We’ll pick up your bags at your home, office, hotel or wherever you are on the scheduled pickup date.
Just pack as you normally would for air travel and properly attach your barcoded label using a shipping luggage tag.
Insert or attach the barcoded shipping label to the shipping luggage tag.
Securely zip tie the shipping luggage tag to the top handle of your bag.
Once attached, prepare your bags for pickup on your scheduled pickup date.
Make sure your barcoded shipping label is visible for carrier pickup.
You can also drop off your bags. Use our store locator and be sure to drop off your items by the store's latest pickup time.
